1974 XB Falcon GS hardtop
Original matching numbers 302 auto, Skyview blue, black trim GS. (2/74, Pre-pollution), tags never been off, engine has never been out, nothing missing, no one has pulled it apart before you, you don't have to rely on a workshop manual to know what each part is or where it goes when digging through crates of parts, everything is fitted where it should be ready to restore how you want.

Ideal car to Resto, great specs and unlike most projects this one has never been pulled apart, 100% complete, runs and drives (will need resto prior to rego unless you’re after a “rat Rod”). Engine, trans, diff, dash, headlining, etc have never been out of the car (seats have only been out as I removed them myself to check the floors, (pics available), they are all bolted back in now.

Yes it does have rust, however almost all the required repair sections have already been sourced and are included saving you a lot of headaches.

Factory V8 and being an early 74 build it is the more desirable pre-pollution model. The always popular Skyview Blue along with the desirable black trim and of course the GS sports package make this a great combo to restore (Or an equally suitable base to modify if that's the style you're after).

The car itself has not been registered since 1986. I purchased it with the intension of building a Mad Max Interceptor (I have the body kit, wheels, scoop, etc all available as an additional package if interested), I collected most of the repair sections and have started on some minor bodywork, however it is essentially a blank canvas ready for the next owner to restore how they want.

LH side of Rad support (original has minor damage, I just got the panel incase I decided it was going to provide a neater repair)
Hardtop parcel shelf

Only selling as due to an spur of the moment decision to sell my house and I don’t want to put it in storage while I wait for a new shed to be built.

I follow the hardtop market quite closely and in recent weeks similar condition cars have sold for similar money (of those none were in running order, some were not even matching numbers and others converted 6 cylinders or pulled apart with no certainty on the parts all being there or if they had substituted parts with sedan parts leaving you searching for expensive hardtop unique parts). 

This coupe is totally complete, turn key drive it onto a truck or trailer (Note it is running fuel from a jerry can as I have replaced the fuel tank but yet to remove the fuel line and clean it out and I didn't want to risk getting rubbish in the carby).

Happy to assist with transport by delivering the car to a depot in Newcastle, otherwise I have had cars collected and dropped off by various carriers at my house many times. Ideally I would like to have to gone ASAP (due to not wanting to move it twice if I can avoid it). Car is located in the Newcastle NSW area, happy to facilitate socially distant inspections or video call to look around the car.
