Up for sale is my 8th month 1971 XY Fairmont, rolling body shell. With body shell comes, all panels, all glass, except for front windsceen. Body has had new full sills fitted both sides. New half lower rear quarters. Inners and outers. Complete boot rubber area has been renewed and floor sections already replaced. THIS IS A PROJECT CAR!!!!!! Main body structure has been finished and just had one coat of 2K colour for protection reasons. Front guards in good condition. But still require work to paint. Bonnet very good condition. Passenger side front and rear doors require work, but will come with MINT passenger side rear door. Also supplied front bucket seats and rear seat all of which will require re trimming. Body rolls on 12 slot wheels and tyres, which are included. Also supplied is a 351 cleveland which runs but may need a rebuild. Top loader gearbox and genuine XY hump shifter. Diff is only standard NOT 9 INCH! Tail lights, park lights, grill, front and rear bars also come with car. So chrome work is there, being front windscreen chrome, top of door chrome (front only). Car is fitted with original blank steering column. Manual pedal assembly and wiring harness are there. Genuine reason for sale, Due to my age and circumstances this is a regretful sale.
