No modifications, except for aftermarket cruise control,still retains original spare tyre in used condition. 

Interior is clean, No rips, tears or burns in seats, seatbelts aren't frayed, hood lining is saggy, original radio, steering wheel in excellent condition. 
 

Car hasn't been pulled apart and been played with, second owner for the past 20 odd years, 

Paint and panels are in good condition for a 24 year old car, Paint is shinny, and panels are straight with the odd shopping dint, has rust in left hand sill panel which is a common occurance in the EB, ED, EF, EL model range. 

Needs a few things mechanical as it hasn't been driven for a few years. In saying that it's a honest car, which is eligible for the Club Permit Scheme next year 2022. 
A modern classic which is becoming hard to find in the Xr6 manual combo.
