Not a forced sale but with a heavy heart Im offering her up for a new home. Prior to reading please respect Iam time precious only willing to chat with serious buyers, rejection of offers may offend, the asking price isnt negotiable.
Im the 3rd owner, 1st owner lovingly had this car for the majority of its life, very well cared for - every reciept spent since new has been kept and stored in a folder along with orginal paperwork/books. Approx 65 reciepts. Also included an original Gregorys repair manual. For an XD wagon this is one of the most honest and rust free examples. With tow bar, original venetials, roof rack.
Seat covers have been always on the car, the interior in my opinion is perfect (keep in mind this hasnt had a massive rebuild or restoration- all original. The exterior has 2 or 3 tiny imperfections bearly noticeable.
Below is a list of invested enhancements that i have added:
Full service -plugs, oil etc.
Interior stripped to instal factory style Air-Con - gas and parts works great.
Heavy duty sound deadener underlay fitted
Exact colour match new carpet
Original style factory driving lights & switch
Factory radio/tape player
Extractors for better air flow
New hard & soft brake lines
New brake booster
Trans cooler fitted
Original wheels restored/painted - tyres approx 90% tread, and balanced
New power steer lines and treatment
Radiator full flush and service
Complete car fish oil treatment
After market original style sticker kit
Personalised plates (QLD) XDW081
Lots of love and time has been spent making things just right. She is a dream to drive, cruises great and power steer is easy with one finger. For a 40yo car there are no noises or rattles.
Rego (6 months) will be added during July, plates are included in this asking price. Only an original 267600ks. Everything works and would be suited to a fastidious owner. Please only send enquiry messages if this is something you would like to pursue. Much appreciated.
