1966 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTABLE GT350 TRIBUTE, 289 V8 AUTO, IMMACULATE CONDITION
The car was imported in 2009 during the GFC. At the time of purchase the car was showing 28,000 miles and during my 11 years of ownership the car has done a little under 1,000 miles. Since my ownership the car has never seen rain and has always been garaged and covered in the garage. It has been started and driven at least once every six weeks (on sunny days).
The car was fully restored prior to my purchase. The 289 V8 motor was reported as being rebuilt with hardened valves and hipo specifications during the restoration. It has factory airconditioning which is ice cold and power steering. The car has a C4, 3 speed automatic transmission
Since my purchase, I have replaced the exhaust with a fully stainless system, fitted a Wilwood brake booster, replaced rear drum brake shoes, adjusted front disc brakes , fitted Koni shock absorbers and upgraded the leaf springs.
Along with the car comes all the documentation including the owners manual/service book supplied to me at the time of purchase and a tub of spares which I purchased which includes a full C4 rebuild kit, hoses, belts, air cleaner plus other maintenance items.
