Rare factory V6 GT Capri, you don't see many genuine V6 GTs come up for sale, a few 4 cyl and a few converted to V8, but for the collector, the factory V6 is the one to own.
Lovingly cared for, maintained and partially restored this car is a great example and ready for cruising with nothing to spend. Currently, on club rego (none-transferrable) it's been regularly used for weekend runs, always maintained and ready for action.
The car has been resprayed approx 10 years ago in Ford Blueprint Blue (we believe the original colour was green, though the blue has been done to look original with the black stripes, etc). The body is quite straight with minimal blemishes, a couple of small touch-ups such as the mirrors were changed and 2 small holes filled and touched up. There is also some minor rust evident on the drivers' side rear wheel arch lower, however, it's minor and has not needed any attention, see pics. Note, the sills and lower guards have a stone guard type textured finish, that is not rust bubbles.
Interior is very tidy and presents as original / period correct with black vinyl and basket weave inserts. Modern seatbelts and a tasteful stereo upgrade have made it ideal as an enjoyable cruiser for regular club runs and shows.
The engine bay is tidy and practical, Radiator has been recored (retaining the original tanks), the engine is strong and nothing needed. Carby recently rebuilt, extractors for better breathing but otherwise original specs. Chrome rocker covers for a bit of bling.
Dragway mags for a bit of extra muscle.
